Father Rapes and Kills His Newborn Daughter

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced that they arrested 30-year-old Matthew Brendan Warner of Newhall, in connection with the sexual abuse and murder of his 19-day-old daughter.
Deputy District Attorney Julie Kramer said that Warner faces one count each of murder, assault on a child causing death, torture, oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child 10 years or younger and aggravated sexual assault of a child.
The suspect will appear before the Department S of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, San Fernando Branch. According to the felony complaint, the murder and sexual assault happened on Friday.
Bail was set at $2.25 million. Warner faces a maximum penalty of life in state prison if convicted of all charges. Source: lailasblog
