"When the army is not equipped who is to be blamed" Nigerian soldier rants on twitter

A Nigerian soldier with Twitter handle @heirigue {as at the time of this report the handle has been deactivated}who is allegedly serving in Borno state took to his twitter account to express his anger over poor welfare and weapons given to Nigerian soldiers who are currently at war with Boko Haram members.  He sounded very angry at what is going on to his colleagues and the residents of that area.  He also called out the Nigerian Defence spokesperon, Gen.
