Picture: President of Ghana ‘Mahama’ cleans gutters in Accra

The picture of President John Mahama has been trending in
Ghana the whole day. He personally took to the streets of Accra, to help clean
the city on Saturday. As you can see
from the picture there were other government officials present including the Mayor
Alfred Vanderpuije of Accra.The President used the gesture to encourage
residents in the area to also clean up their environment to help prevent
Cholera.
