The International Aviation College (IAC) concept began in 2006 with the express purpose of offering aviation training to meet the serious shortages of aviation personnel on global level but more especially in Nigeria and the West African sub-region.

Job Title: Head of Training
Location: Ilorin Kwara State
Job Description
The Head of Training is responsible to the Rector of the College, and oversees all training activities in the College including Ground, Flight and Simulator training applicable thereto, of the College. Necessary type-rating training on College aircraft will be provided by College. The minimum age required to hold this position is 35 years.

Qualifications Required
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Flight/Simulator Instructor in an internationally recognised Flight Training Organisation (FTO), including at least 3 years management experience in any capacity at a Flight Training Organisation (FTO)

Must hold a Multi-Crew Instructor Certificate as a Pilot in a Multi- crew environment and 1500 hrs

In addition must also hold at least minimum of the following:

FAA/NCAA ATPL License or equivalent.

Certified Flight Instructor / Instrument CFI, CFII Airplane, Single and Multi-Engine Land.

500hrs DualFlight or Simulator Instruction Given as a Flight Instructor.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Ilorin Kwara State

Job Description
QAM reports directly to the Rector. He provides Quality Assurance system management to include overall customer and NCAA compliance, leadership, training and guidance in the QA function of IAC. Minimum age required is 45 years.

Qualifications Required

The Candidate must have held or still holding an ATPL, or CPL, AMEL and be proficient in Aviation Quality Assurance to include a thorough working knowledge of an FTO as well as additional supporting NCAA regulations, advisory circulars (ACs), and industry guidance related to quality, manufacturing, maintenance and certification.

Other recognised Quality training will be an added advantage.

Similar experience of at least Five (5) years within the Aviation industry is required.

SMS and QMS or IQMS certificate is compulsory.
