According to Lagos State Television LTV the Lagos State government has declared tomorrow work-free day for its workers and encourages private employers to give their employees leave to collect their permanent voter's card also known as PVC. The collection exercise is scheduled to end on Sunday, February 8, 2015 with the Presidential election slated to hold on February 14, 2015.
