Blogging is fun but let’s be sincere it’s
a lot of work even if it’s a very stationary profession you still have to go
places online to get information, from getting content to getting traffic and
building a brand for yourself and so on, you have to put in a lot of your time
or money and in most cases both just to get to the top.
You need to have a firm and specific goal,
know your market, and create uniqueness in your blogs. And these are exactly
what these 10 successful bloggers have done.
Plus, they use Twitter to “sell” their
blog posts.

is greatly referred to as the pioneer of blogging in Nigeria dough there were
some gurus before her, she has been able to set a standard for blogging in
Nigeria and a lot of bloggers today would like to be like her. www.Lindaikeji.blogspot.com.
Her
success in blogging is evident in the exhibition of her fleet of cars last year
just days before GooGle pulled down her blog on October 8. With over 505k
followers on her verified twitter account, the single Ex-model is currently
topping the list as the Nigerian blogger with the most followers on twitter as
at the time this article was written.

Uche Pedro: @bellanaija
Born Uchenna Jennifer Eze, she is fondly referred to as Bella Naija. Uche Eze
is the founder of BellaNaija.com, a leading
website for entertainment, lifestyle and fashion in Africa and CEO/MD of Bainstone
Limited, a new media company. She actually inspired Linda Ikeji to start
blogging just after she posted something about her. Uche Eze, took to blogging
as a hobby. During the little break she had between graduation and resumption
of job, she began to blog to fill those boring moments.Being a big lover of
fashion, she started by posting scanned magazine articles, pictures and
interviews of Nigeria fashion
personalities. Her twitter followers have gone over 286 k followers but she is
yet to be verified.
3. Tyler Duncan Sotubo: @Tyler_TX
is the Founder, CEO of www.TooXclusive.com which has over 109k
followers and has been in the blogging business for nearly a decade now.

www.notjustok.com and he currently has over 18k followers but that is not
stopping the Blog of the Year @ #NEA 2013 from getting verified on twitter with followers of
around 200k. @NOTJUSTOK which has
been in existing since 2006 and it is still the Nigeria's #1 Music Blog.

Stella Dimoko Korkus: @SDimokoKORKUS She is the brain and face behind www.Stelladimokorkus.com.
Though her follower is not much she is still a very fun character to follow on
twitter because of her controversial insight in to the private life some
Nollywood artist.
With 5k followers she is still able to pass her message

this list would not be
complete without the political commentator, environmental consultant and social
media expert himself the C.E.O of www.Omojuwa.com.
A columnist with Nigeria's most respected newspaper The Punch
and Metropole Magazine. His twitter handle has over 170k followers and his
timeline is always active with a lot of political and controversial issues.

C.E.O www.ogbongeblog.com. A Website designer and Digital Marketer he keeps it
real online at all time, it should be fun to follow him if you intend to learn
more about blogging. His handle currently has over 6k followers.

900,000 in Alexa ranking. As at the time of this report @TopTrendNaija has over
8k followers and counting on twitter. The theatre arts graduate from University
of port Harcourt has created a wonderful blog that talks about the top trending
issues on social media. This is a blog to watch out for this 2015.
