Legendry Tv host and Actress Oprah Winfrey is down with the flu she picked up as she promotes her new movie Selma.
The Lee Daniels' The Butler star has been making the media rounds for the new movie, but during an appearance on U.S. talk show Live! with Kelly and Michael on Thursday (18Dec14), the 60 year old revealed she hasn't been feeling well.
According to hub.contactmusic.com while Oprah was making her entrance on the show, Winfrey only touched elbows with members of the audience, explaining she simply did not want to get anyone sick.
She says, "I've been in bed all week with the flu so I didn't want to give you any of my germs. (But), I'm feeling great..."
She isn't the only superstar struggling with illness as she promotes a new movie - Angelina Jolie has been forced to pull out of media duties connected to her new film Selma after being diagnosed with chicken pox.
