The current trend of
Nigerian celebrities going in to politics is still on and the time has come to separate
the boys from the men and the girls from the women as the APC primaries kicked
off today and witnessed Desmond Elliot emerging the candidate of the All
Progressives Congress (APC) for the Lagos State House of Assembly election in
2015.
In case you missed
out on it today Desmond Elliot won over Kabiru Lawal while his fellow celebs Kenny
Saint Brown and Dayo Adeneye lost out in their election respective
constituencies.
Kenny Saint Best lost
out to Lai Mohammed‘s son, Folajimi Lai Mohammed for the Ikeja
constituency while Dayo Adeneye lost out to Governor Amosun’s former SA
on Education for the APC Odogbolu House of Assembly ticket.
