Ray Rice elevator Knockout..."THIS IS OUR LIFE!" Janay Rice tells the media on Instagram

Janay Palmer, the wife to the former NFL player took to her instagram page recently to vent against the way the media has forcefully invaded their private life’s adding that they world show leave them alone. From all indication the woman is very much comfortable with the beating she received from her husband Ray Rice in the elevator. 

The video leaked by TMZ on Monday is sickening. It's hard to watch. The footage from February shows Rice and Janay Palmer, now Janay Rice (the couple married in March) briefly scuffle in a elevator at the Revel Casino Hotel. Then Rice lays her out with his left hand and drags her limp body out of the elevator. Here's the clip, but be warned.

Rice was cut by the same team that had spent the past several months lauding his character; and the NFL suspended Rice indefinitely.

The disgraced football player who was dealt a blow from the Ravens (they fired him) and knocked out by the NFL (who indefinitely suspended him) has told ESPN and CNN that he's currently being strong for his wife and is in good spirits.

During a phone to ESPN, Ray Rice said:

"'I have to be strong for my wife. [Janay] is so strong. We are in good spirits. We have a lot of people praying for us and we’ll continue to support each other. I have to be there for [Janay] and my family right now and work through this.'  

Then, Janay spoke to ESPN (via phone) saying:

'I love my husband. I support him. I want people to respect our privacy in this family matter.'
